Arthroscopic decompression and debridement surgery of shoulder. The arthroscopic findings include impingement syndrome, bursitis with adhesions, partial rotator cuff tear, SLAP tear and hypertrophic synovitis. Once the specialized tools are inserted into the glenohumeral joint, the SLAP tear, partial rotator cuff tear and synovitis are debrided with a shaver. Next, the tools are inserted into the subacromial space to complete a bursectomy, acriomoplasty and excise the distal clavicle.
