Arthroscopic decompression surgery of shoulder. The arthroscopic findings include AC joint impingement, partial rotator cuff tear, SLAP tear and synovitis. Once the specialized tools are inserted into the glenohumeral joint the SLAP tear is debrided with a shaver. The biceps tendon is released. Next, the tools are inserted into the subacromial space to complete a biceps tenodesis with a suture anchor and to resect the ac joint.
