The exhibit illustrates the open left elbow anterior subcutaneous ulnar nerve transposition. The medial elbow is dissected and pulled open with forceps that exposes the subcutaneous fat flap and ulnar nerve, which is lysed of scar tissue. The nerve is transposed anteriorly and stitched into the subcutaneous fat flap lining the arm.
