Exhibit depicting the arthroscopic surgery on a left shoulder with a full thickness rotator cuff tear, thickened hemorrhagic subacromial bursa, labral tear, and a large anterior acromial osteophyte. The labral tear is debrided and a bursectomy is performed. The coracoacromial ligament is resected to perform an acromioplasty and coplaning of the AC joint. The rotator cuff is repaired with side-to-side sutures.
