Arthroscopic decompression surgery and rotator cuff repair of the right shoulder. The arthroscopic findings include subacromial impingement and rotator cuff tear. Once the tools are inserted into the subacromial space, a burr is used to debride the acromion. A shaver is used to debride the rotator cuff tear. The footprint is prepared for placement of two Iconix anchors. Once they are inserted, the fibertape is pulled through the rotator cuff and fixated with a ReelX anchor.
