Depiction of avascular necrosis of the humeral head. A future replacement of the humeral head will be performed, in which an incision will be made over the shoulder and the humeral head will be excised. The humeral canal will be reamed and a prosthesis will be impacted into the canal. A prosthetic head will be placed and the shoulder joint will be reduced.
