In this surgical procedure, a scapholunate ligament tear is exposed and reduced with pins. Three suture anchors are placed to allow suture repair of the scapholunate ligament. Finally, dorsal capsulodesis is performed, attaching the capsule to the scaphoid to stabilize wrist flexion.
