The surgical steps include the following; volar incision over fracture site, dissection & exposure of radial shaft fracture, reduction & fixation of fracture with LC-DCP plate & screws, second incision over ring finger, dissection & exposure of 4th metacarpal fracture, reduction & fixation of the fracture with a k-wire, repair of the middle finger extensor tendon, suture repair of the complex stellate wound and colorization of postoperative x-ray showing the reduced fractures and surgical hardware.
