During a scapholunate reconstruction surgery of the right wrist, an incision is made over the dorsal aspect of the wrist. The fascia is dissected to expose a scapholunate ligament tear. The tear is debrided and repaired using anchors. A compression screw is placed and an anchor is used to fix the capsule.
