The exhibit illustrates the open reduction and internal fixation of a right knee tibial plateau fracture. An incision is made to expose the right tibial fracture. A bone window is created and the bone is elevated the depressed joint surface. The Allograft is placed into the defect to help stabilize the joint surface and a locking plate and screws are affixed to complete the fixation.
